Display: 
- Fixed a decoder problem that caused some russian pages not to be shown correctly.

- Fixed a crash problem that could happen when closing pages with plug-ins that opera

Menus 
- Fallback text color for skinned menubar is now the default widget text color 
and not black. This allows custom colors. 

Mouse and keyboard 
- Fixed a crash problem that could happen when going back in framed pages. 
- Fixed a problem that caused the mouse hand cursor shape (and click action) to be 
lost if the mouse was over a link in a framed page when the pages completed loading. 
- Fix for smooth scrolling in widgets. Lists widget would not be redrawn properly. 

External applications: 
- Fixed a problem that caused the "Run in terminal" option to fail for external 
e-main client 
- Support for %U and %V flags for trusted applications
